With the support of the Association of Women of Sorwathe (AFESO), UNICEF and other organizations, the company has developed three Early Childhood Development Centres, where working parents can leave their children while working on the plantations, with trained caregivers that ensure they receive nutrition, care and safety. Also, eight preschools have been built under the “One Pre School per Year” project and 2,000 cups of porridge are given per day to children under the “One Cup Porridge per Child per Day” project.
